TERMS & CONDITIONS
- As per Govt Rules it is mandatory for all guests(adults/child) to show the valid ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter Card, Driving License, Passport) at the time of arrival
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book and Check In. Guests below 18 year to be accompanied by adults.
- Hotel reserves the right to disallow/refuse Check In, in case the guest does not have a valid ID proof or his/her behavior is suspicious
- Room allocation is subject to availability of the respective room category
- An early check-in or a late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable accordingly
- All our Rooms are Non-Smoking Rooms and any violation will be charged upto Rs 10000/- as penalty and cleaning charges
- Payment can be made through Credit Cards and Debit Cards (AmEx, Diners, Master, Visa), UPI, QR Code or by cash
- Balance Payment if any has to be made at the time of Check In
- No refund will be given for short stay or any un-availed services
- Other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable
- Outside Liquor and outside Food is strictly not allowed
- Arms and Ammunition is not allowed in the Hotel premises
- Pets are not allowed in the Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Spa, Bar, etc.
- Guests are responsible for keeping all their valuable items secure, Hotel will not be responsible for any missing goods & valuables
- Hotel will not be responsible for any damages to your car in the Hotel parking
- For any breakage/ damage or shortfall of the items, the Hotel shall charge the damages directly to the guest’s account. The accounts must be settled before Check Out
- Mini Bar consumption, if any, has to be settled before Check Out
- We encourage all guests to use our Laundry facility
- Stags/groups of boys are not allowed at our Property
- Loud Music or DJ is not allowed after 10 pm
- Check In Time: 2 pm
- Check Out Time: 11 am
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Direct Booking or bookings made via the website are Non-Refundable. As we are giving various offers and exclusive discounts on direct bookings, we shall not be able to accept cancellations requests in any circumstances.
- If Booking is made directly, payment won’t be refundable, however, the amount can be utilized/adjusted for future travel dates with 90 days of the Check In date, except for Black Out dates.
- Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given under any circumstances.
- Please review the booking and cancellation policies prior to the booking. We shall not be able change, cancel or modify the booking. The cancellation penalties specified above may be applied.
CHILD & EXTRA BED POLICY
- Child aged below 05 years without Extra Bed will not be charged
- Child aged between 06 to12 will be charged @ 1000/- per night
- Child aged above 12 will be treated as Adult and charged @1500/- per night
- Meal Plans for Child and Extra Adults will be as applicable.

TERMS OF SERVICE
- We value all our team members and consider them as part of our family. We strongly discourage the use of inappropriate language or behavior by guests while engaging with our team members. In case of any objections, guests may connect with our operations manager to discuss any such issues or write to the management directly.
- Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful manner and comply with Hotel rules. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior or illegal activities are prohibited. Hotel facilities (e.g., pool, spa, games, bikes, etc) must be used responsibly and according to posted guidelines.
- We respect the privacy & convenience of all our guests and residents of the nearby villages, considering that no loud music is allowed on the premises at any time. The Supreme Court guidelines on loud outdoor music to be adhered to by all the guests.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior or violation of terms.
